Everything on this store is decorated with the Swagelok logo and produced to order, so returns are accepted for manufacturing defects.
Decorated merchandise
Items can be returned due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of receipt. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping anything back, and mark that number clearly on the package. Shipping costs related to a return are the responsibility of the customer. A credit or exchange is provided once the item is received. No returns are accepted without a valid RA number.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If what you received does not match the packing slip, or an item arrived damaged, email us within 10 days of receiving the shipment and we will make it right.
How to start a return
- Email jessica@tntworld.com with your order number and what you would like to return.
- We issue an RA number.
- Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the returns address below.
