Terms and conditions
- All shipping is carried out by FedEx and Canada Post and is traceable. All shipments are FOB Mississauga, ON, Canada.
- Orders on this store are not paid online. Orders are billed to Swagelok head office, plus shipping and applicable taxes.
- Applicable sales tax is calculated on the province the order is shipped to.
- We ship by the method specified by you or by the most cost-effective method. As we have no control over carriers, we cannot guarantee shipments will arrive at your location on a specified date. We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery or product availability due to customs, shipping or natural disasters.
- If there is a discrepancy between the packing slip and the goods received, it must be reported to jessica@tntworld.com within 10 days of receiving the shipment. This also includes any discrepancy between your final invoice and the order.

- Items can be returned due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of receipt. Contact us for an RA number and mark it clearly on the package. All shipping costs related to a return are the responsibility of the customer. A credit is provided once the item is received at TNT marked ‘Swagelok Returns’. No returns are accepted without a valid RA number.
